Conditions of Use of the Company's Intranet

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE COMPANY’S INTRANET

By downloading Caesars Entertainment Corporation’s (and its family of affiliated properties/companies) (the “Company”) mobile application (“App"), or using the web-based intranet after hours, I understand and agree to the following Conditions of Use:

  1. After hours use of the App and web-based intranet is provided by the Company for employees’ convenience.  Hourly employees’ access and use of the intranet/App after hours for non-work-related use is voluntary; use of intranet/App after hours to perform work is prohibited.  
  2. Any time spent by me using the App or web-based intranet after hours, is not compensable time and does not count as hours worked.
  3. My use of the App/intranet is subject to my compliance with all Company policies including but not limited to Rules of the Road and policies related to conduct, use of Company confidential and/or proprietary information, confidentiality, non-discrimination, and anti-harassment policies.
  4. I am prohibited from using the App/intranet in a manner that may reasonably be construed by others as discrimination, harassment or retaliation based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, marital status, veteran status or any other basis protected by law.  
  5. All contents of the App/intranet are the Company’s property.  I have no expectation of privacy whatsoever in its use including, but not limited to, the transmission or receipt of information on the App.  The Company reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to monitor, intercept and review, without further notice, my activities using the App. I consent to such monitoring by my agreeing to these Conditions of Use. 
  6. I am required to observe and protect the privacy rights of co-workers, guests, visitors and other third parties when posting pictures or content about such individuals.  I am prohibited from posting a photograph, film, or other work owned by another person, or otherwise posting the image of another person, on the App without such person’s consent.
  7. I am not permitted to conduct any monetary transactions for myself or others through use of the App/intranet.
  8. I may not allow any person, other than me, to access, view or use the App/intranet on my personal device(s), nor may I transmit, disclose or otherwise distribute any content from the App/intranet to any third party or any third party’s email address, device or system for any purpose whatsoever. 
  9. By downloading and/or using the App, I may incur certain rates and/or charges through my cellular carrier and any such rates or charges are my sole responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the Company, unless otherwise required by law.
  10. These Conditions of Use should not be interpreted or considered to prohibit employees from discussing the terms and conditions of employment as permitted by law.  Any conflict between these Conditions of Use and the current state of applicable law should be resolved in favor of the law where necessary.
  11. Use of the App is a privilege. The Company may revoke my access and use of the App for violation of any of these Conditions of Use or for any other non-discriminatory reason.
